Shipping Locations
We ship our products across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate to avoid any delays.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer several shipping options to best suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or postal delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over INR 1500.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly through our website under the ‘Order Tracking’ section.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable to receive the package, they will leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or if your order is incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work promptly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
